During my visit last Wednesday, I picked up some T-bones, Ribeye, and Filets.
I let a T-bone and a Ribeye thaw on Friday, seasoned with a little salt and generous portion of pepper and rubbed with a little olive oil.
I put them on my Traeger Wood Pellet grill and grilled them for about 14 minutes on each side.
They came off a perfect medium (pink in the middle).
The ribeye was very good, but the T-bone was off the chain.
